Change Management Program – WestJet

WestJet is Canada’s most-preferred airline, powered by an award-winning culture of care and recognized as one of the country’s top employers. They hired Incrementa to help build a change management program for WestJet employees who were going through a large internal IT change.

Our Project

WestJet engaged Joel to design and facilitate a unique, economical, and highly effective change management program for the managers of 600 WestJet employees who were going to be affected by a large internal IT change. We created for

WestJet a just-in-time action planning workshop focusing on two key objectives:
1. Managing transitions, i.e., help employees prepare for, deal with, and make the most of the upcoming IT change
2. Sustaining the change locally, i.e., make it stick on their own teams by anchoring new processes and practices in team culture.
