D-Wave Systems is an innovative company focused on quantum computing. With clients such as Google, NASA, Lockheed-Martin – all progressive cutting edge organizations, D-Wave is focused on solving the most complex technical, commercial, scientific and national defense problems organizations face. D-Wave hired Incrementa to work with their leadership team in hopes of improving their corporate culture.
Corporate Culture Project
We worked with the D-Wave Senior Leadership team to build a high performing team, by encouraging straight talk, addressing conflict constructively, and establishing clarity of direction for each division thereby building alignment through strategic planning and goal setting. We have also provided one on one coaching, using the Leadership 360 process as a basis for exploration of strengths and areas of focus with members of the team.
Currently we are running six month leadership program with a cohort group of leaders which combines theory, application, team development, reflection an ongoing Action Research project whereby the team will present their findings and recommendations to the Senior team upon completion.
