Sales Strategy – Interfor

With operations across North America and customers around the globe, Interfor is now one of the world’s largest lumber providers. They serve the needs of their customers to the best of their abilities, and aspire to strengthen local economies. As they begin on a new vision, they asked for help from the team at Incrementa to create a sales strategy strong enough to help them meet their new objectives.

Sales Strategy Project

Incrementa’s Erica Groschler and Robert Murray were engaged by Interfor’s Sales and Marketing organization to deliver a customized leadership development program on sales strategy. Their plan was to help the senior to the Sales and Marketing leaders build a “Go-To Market” Strategy for their domestic and export markets. They needed to consider the best strategy for the highly diverse and competitive environment, as well as the roll out to the sales organization.


Erica and Bob helped lead an Incrementa Leadership Workshop with my senior leadership team.  They did an excellent job engaging this high energy team and kept us on our toes for 3 straight days.  Some very good learnings for our group which have helped us along our path to excellence.  I highly recommend Erica and Bob and Incrementa Consulting.
