FIO Consulting started in 2014, and now, whether it’s calling in the experts help put the framework of the puzzle in place, or whether it’s calling in the troops from FIO Sales Force to help fill in the rest with sales, they provide companies with a full suite of outsourced sales solutions, from developing sales and marketing strategy through hands-on execution. They reached out to the team at Incrementa for some Technology Consulting, with the goal of building up their core systems and processes.

Incrementa was engaged by the team at FIO to help build the core systems and processes for the various offerings of FIO Consulting, including their CRM and other business systems. Our team continues to assist FIO in the execution of their plans.


With complex needs including pairing sales professionals with ever-changing projects, finding the right reporting mechanisms and tools to track and manage performance to targets, Mike and his team helped set up FIO for success.
