The Story

Bringing enterprise-class cyber security capabilities to small and medium businesses is a big job, but through innovation and diversity, Kobalt is making it look easy. Innovation is a key value at Kobalt, and they appreciate that an outside perspective is important to maintain a fresh outlook and pioneering approach.

When it came time to focus on growth, Kobalt needed a sounding board with real-world experience and strong insights. Kobalt’s CEO, Michael Argast, had worked with Coach Mike Knapp previously, and immediately thought of Incrementa to help him with both strategic and tactical planning.

Kobalt’s work with Incrementa consisted of one-on-one CEO coaching, with Coach Mike as Michael’s personal advisory board.
