One-on-One CEO Coaching

Client: Kobalt
Industry: Cyber Security

Learn how Incrementa’s outside perspective and support helped Kobalt’s CEO look forward.

The Story

Bringing enterprise-class cyber security capabilities to small and medium businesses is a big job, but through innovation and diversity, Kobalt is making it look easy. Innovation is a key value at Kobalt, and they appreciate that an outside perspective is important to maintain a fresh outlook and pioneering approach.

When it came time to focus on growth, Kobalt needed a sounding board with real-world experience and strong insights. Kobalt’s CEO, Michael Argast, had worked with Coach Mike Knapp previously, and immediately thought of Incrementa to help him with both strategic and tactical planning.

Kobalt’s work with Incrementa consisted of one-on-one CEO coaching, with Coach Mike as Michael’s personal advisory board.

From Michael Argast, Kobalt Co-Founder and CEO:

My previous experience working with Mike showed that he had strong character, an understanding of my business model and market challenges, and expert insights and experience.

Mike has provided solid, specific advice on questions brought that have led to good avenues of further investigation. Whether it’s a book to read on a topic, an approach to a problem in front of me, or just another ear to verbalize the ideas I’m struggling with, Mike has offered great support.

I look forward to more strong suggestions and recommendations from Mike as I build a core business foundation in 2021.
