Learn how the Incrementa team stepped in a pivotal time for WerkMaster, taking on the role of interim leader and turning the company around.

The story

WerkMaster is an innovative manufacturer committed to revolutionizing the global floor finishing industry. Their machines offer versatility, speed, maneuverability, productivity and results, setting them apart from competitors.

When the owners of WerkMaster needed a solution to their struggles, they turned to Incrementa. Ralph began as an advisor to the owners, helping them through numerous business challenges. With time, enough trust was built for the owners to turn the reigns over to Ralph—he became Chief Operating Officer (COO), managing the day to day to allow WerkMaster’s owners some much needed distance away from the business.

While the owners enjoyed the freedom of semiretirement, Ralph got straight to work controlling finances, overseeing sales, nurturing client relationships and mentoring and developing staff.

Ralph committed to managing the company’s accounts payable and receivable—as the puzzle pieces began to fit, the business turned around and revenue climbed.

Through his commitment to process improvement, customer and vendor management and creating a family-like culture, Ralph continues to lead WerkMaster allowing the owners space to focus on their passions and the company to grow.
