Survive, Adapt, Thrive

A webinar series for navigating the COVID-19 crisis

The crisis of our generation is here. Its impact is creating chaos in every community and business.  According to the Burnaby Board of Trade, more than half of currently closed businesses are not confident they will re-open.

As business leaders, we don’t have the luxury of being paralyzed or taking a victim mindset. Our business and people depend on getting unstuck.

The Incrementa (un)consulting community has come together to create a series of webinars on navigating the COVID-19 crisis, allowing us to survive, build resilience and adapt, then thrive on the other side.

Each week we provide a new focus for the webinars.

  • Week 1 – May 6:  Survive
  • Week 2: May 13: Adapt
  • Week3: May 20: Thrive

Week 1:  Survive

In the last 6 weeks, everything has changed.  For many companies, they’ve seen a dramatic drop in revenues, their teams scattered with social distancing, supply chains massively disrupted, and no sign of certainty in the near future.

On Wednesday May 6, our speakers will be helping reduce that uncertainty.

Our agenda for Wednesday, May 6th

During a traumatic event we must do our best to understand each situation and move forward in the best interest of the person, the team, and the organization. The challenge is trauma presents differently based on the crisis and we don’t always know of its arrival or impact. Facing this in the workplace is a growing concern for both employer & employee.

This webinar shares the tools of Mental Health First Aid in the workplace. You will learn steps and methods to assess and provide support to your team during a time of crisis so they will remain resilient and be more aligned moving forward.
