Thoughts

When we started Incrementa just over 4 years ago, we knew we were building something different. Over the years, it became very clear that we weren’t just building different; we were building something unique and special.

Today we proudly launch Incrementa (un)consulting™

(un)consulting?

(un)consulting changes the focus from us, to you, business leaders and teams.

We don’t jump into your business like hired guns, shooting down problems and leaving a wake of collateral damage. Instead, we become part of your team, share your passion and accountability, and provide you and your teams the tools, skills and support needed to make your business even more successful.

It’s the heart of (un)consulting. Helping you become the hero of your own story.

For our amazing team and community of service providers, Incrementa is something more.  It’s the family we choose to be part of.  We’ve listened to every nay-sayer on how you don’t use “family” in business – and we don’t agree.

Family provides a home and unconditional support. Family members lift each other up, hold them accountable, grow, and celebrate together.  Incrementa is our family home and part of an amazing community of other service providers who care more about relationships than transactions.

Thank you.

We couldn’t have made this transition without the help of Karley Cunningham of Big! Bold! Brand!, Sally Bell of Whitespaces, and our fantastic strategic partner community.  Your input helped us develop an amazing clarity and focus, and we appreciate all of your feedback and patience.

And of course, to our clients and the rest of our network, whose feedback and support has helped us create something we are so very proud of.

Thank you. We couldn’t ask for a better family and community. We look forward to sharing so much with every one of you over the coming years.
