I’ve spent years building the Momentum Framework. Every deck, every agenda, every session I run with my clients. Starting this month, I’m handing all of it to a small group of other coaches.
I’m Not Building a Coaching Organization
I already have the practice I want. My clients stay for years. They only leave for three reasons: I fire them because we’re the wrong fit, they sell the business and run laughing to the bank (and Mexico), or the market hits them with something they can’t survive.
What I don’t have is a room full of great coaches doing great work together. That’s what I want more of.
Independent coaching is weirdly lonely. You spend your days helping leadership teams work better together, and you rarely have a team of your own. Nobody’s watching you run a session and telling you how to make it better. Nobody’s there when a client situation goes sideways at 4 p.m. on a Thursday.
I build tools because I love building them. Sharing them with people who’ll use them well is the fun part.
The $500 a month keeps it real and keeps the group serious. It’s not why I’m doing it.
The Problem With Most Coaching Systems
Most coaching frameworks come with strings: certification programs, big licensing fees, annual contracts, and a playbook you have to run exactly their way.
I get why. It protects the brand. But experienced coaches don’t need to be told how to coach. They need good tools and good people to sharpen them with.
I’m not doing 27 hours of training with anybody. You already know how to coach.
So Momentum for Coaches is the opposite.
What You Get
It’s the exact playbook I use with my own clients: PowerPoints, agendas, email templates, flipchart labels and Mural boards for every session. Drop your logo on it and run it tomorrow.
It covers two years of curriculum and beyond. Foundations Day, annual planning, four quarterly sessions a year, then year two and beyond. Building a great business doesn’t finish, so neither does the curriculum.
And it’s yours. Rebrand it, rename things, add your favourite tools, cut what doesn’t fit. The slides give you the process. You bring the magic.
Then there’s the part I’m most excited about: a team of your own. That means a monthly roundtable, an online group for everything in between, open office hours, and an emergency call when something blows up with a client.
A Living System
The Momentum Framework isn’t finished, and it never will be. New tools get built and old ones get sharper. When a coach in the group finds a better way to run something, everyone gets it.
Twelve experienced coaches, each improving the tools in real rooms with real leadership teams. The playbook gets better every month.
The First Response
I sent the page to a handful of coaches I respect. Within a day, two had said yes.
One wrote back: “Everything is so clear and on point and perfect for the ME’s of the world. You hit the mark.”
Know a Great Coach?
Momentum for Coaches is $500 a month, with no annual contract, and each group is capped at 12. There’s no checkout button. It starts with a conversation.
If you’re a coach or consultant working with leadership teams, take a look.
If you’re not, but you know someone who’d love this, send it their way. Good coaches build great businesses. I want more of them in the room.
