For so many leaders, we end up doing way too much that we’re not naturally good at. Each and every one of us has genius within, but how do we find it?

The 6 Types of Working Genius by Patrick Lencioni gives leaders a vital self-awareness tool as it helps us discover the genius within. Even more powerful is when you apply this model to a team to leverage the team members’ genius and discover the gaps.

We’re going to do things a LITTLE different this session. Please read the book AND take the assessment. We’ll discuss YOUR Working Genius and its applications.
