At the university, small classes lead to big opportunities for internships, practicums, and mentoring programs at leading commercial and financial institutions in the area. The story

Incrementa delivered a sessions on:

Change Leadership – Leading self and supporting others through change. Introducing MBA students about the importance of using skills of empathy, clarity, communication and facilitation to navigate change effectively.

“The things they don’t teach you in business school.”  All about connecting the logical (text book stuff) to the hearts of people they will lead.

“Perfecting Your Pitch – How to get your idea across to investors and prospects.”

Mike Knapp delivered An introduction to the world of ERP systems.  This included the Why (why do you want one), What (to do to not be a failure) and How (to select and lead the implementation).
