The Story

CBV Collection Services Ltd. is one of Canada’s longest-standing accounts receivable companies. With more than 92 years in the financial industry and offices across the country, CBV Collection Services works closely with debtors to take the frustration out of the collections process.

For over five years Incrementa has been an active part of the CBV Collections team improving information security and acting as interim director of information technology.

Over the years, Incrementa’s role has varied. Services provided include:

  • Interim information technology (IT) director
    Turning around a highly challenged IT team and maturing IT operations.
  • Security architect
    Providing guidance and assistance to the company’s leadership team on all security and privacy elements. Hosted and managed more than 75 client audits.
  • Implementation of ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and SOC2.
  • Project manager
    Managing the construction of their 37,000 square foot call center in Burnaby.
