The story
Columbia Plastics Ltd. is a custom injection molding company established in 1945. Their focus is on design review, mold design and build and final product packaging. Notably, they are also the first Clean Room molder in Western Canada. Clean Room molding is the process of creating plastic parts in a space optimized to prevent dust and particle contamination.
Incrementa was engaged by Columbia Plastics to navigate the maze of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, researching each and comparing against industry preferred ERPs, finally presenting and selecting a suitable system for Columbia Plastics.
The ERP selection process required that Incrementa complete a thorough requirements analysis, detailed process mapping and facilitating a structured selection process.
