Find out how Incrementa helped the EMBERS recruitment team implement a new solution which drastically reduced error and increased automation.

The story

The Eastside Movement for Business and Economic Renewal Society (EMBERS) is a social enterprise in downtown Vancouver’s east side which supports those in need—they provide thorough job training, placement and support.

Incrementa’s work was with EMBERS Staffing Solutions—Vancouver’s only socially responsible temporary placement agency.

Incrementa facilitated a software selection and implementation process. The software helped EMBERS staff place those who’d struggled with addiction back into the workforce. Throughout the project, Incrementa was able to improve several processes, and allowed the social enterprise to scale up, without adding staff.

Once implemented, the software lead to bettered customer service, as more information was available, and a significant improvement in financial reporting with invoices ready for deployment sooner.
