In their words, “our process starts with one philosophy: a passion for crafting amazing decaffeinated coffee.” They hired the team at Incrementa for the selection and implementation of a new ERP system, thus allowing them to focus more on the coffee and less on the rest!

The story

We facilitated the process of selecting a new ERP system to replace the company’s in-house developed information system. This project included developing requirements, creation of the RFP and facilitation of the selection process.
