The story

Everything Wine is a British Columbia based, service oriented, fine wine warehouse with a focus on exploring new wine regions, flavors and types. They carry hundreds of domestic and international wines that are unique to their store, educating and contributing to the wine connoisseur community.

As Everything Wine grew, they hired the Incrementa team for technology consulting.

Incrementa was able to build a custom, easy to use, business intelligence suite in SharePoint to provide robust reports for Everything Wine’s executive and management teams, increasing visibility at the individual store level and above.

Before the system was built the leadership team at Everything Wine struggled to quickly and easily determine most popular or most profitable products and categories. The custom built Incrementa solution made reporting as easy as clicking a button leading to data-based decisions and hundreds of hours saved.

Further, Incrementa coached and transformed the management teams one-on-one meeting structure. No longer were meetings without purpose—they now featured a key performance indicator (KPI) format where employees were held responsible for their efforts. This led to more engaged employees and satisfied managers.
