EastCoal Inc. acquires and develops mineral properties in Ukraine. The company primarily holds interest in the Verticalnaya anthracite coal mine located on the Eastern side of Ukraine. It also holds interest in the Menzhinsky underground metallurgical coal mine located on the Eastern side of Ukraine. They are based in Vancouver, BC and hired Incrementa to help them with an upgraded IT Strategy. Their goals was to improve processes, and make their work more efficient.

The story

The team at Incrementa was engaged to develop and guide the implementation of an IT roadmap for EastCoal’s distributed operations. With the selection and integration of new IT systems, EastCoal was able to help this start-up mining company make their business in Eastern Europe more stable, secure and accessible.
