The story

IT Glue is a rapid growth tech start-up in Vancouver, BC. The startup systemizes documentation structure supporting information technology (IT) departments and service providers.

Incrementa was brought on board as an IT Glue family member to lead the team’s goal of implementing a sustainable security program. The program would lead IT Glue to achieving SOC2 certification. The process, guided by Incrementa, included control design, implementation, policy creation and a thorough internal audit.

With their certification in place, IT Glue was able to acquire new customers—government, health care and enterprise level.
