Incrementa was brought on board as an IT Glue family member to lead the team’s goal of implementing a sustainable security program. The program would lead IT Glue to achieving SOC2 certification. The process, guided by Incrementa, included control design, implementation, policy creation and a thorough internal audit.
With their certification in place, IT Glue was able to acquire new customers—government, health care and enterprise level.
