The story

With over 30 years in the industry Unifiller Systems is a global leader in designing and manufacturing processing and portioning equipment for bakeries and food plants.

Incrementa played a vital role in leading Unifiller’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solution providing a fulsome requirements analysis. During the ERP project, Incrementa contributed by making process improvements and cleaning up current software before the ERP selection.

Once an ERP software had been chosen, Mike’s role changed from that of ERP advisor to coach and mentor for Unifiller’s internal team, ushering them through the implementation process and managing the change’s impacts.

Mike maintains an ongoing relationship with the leadership team at Unifiller.
